Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Tote Flow (“we,” “us,” or “our") and the customer (“you" or “your") renting reusable moving totes from Tote Flow in Douglasville, GA. By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.

Rental period

The standard rental period is 2 weeks unless a different period is agreed to in writing. Totes must be ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date. Extensions are available at $50 per additional week and must be requested before the pickup date.

Payment

Payment is collected in full before totes are delivered. If totes are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, replacement costs may be billed to the customer as described below.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver totes to the address you provide at booking and pick them up from the same address unless otherwise arranged. You must be available during the agreed delivery and pickup windows. If we cannot complete delivery or pickup due to no one being available, additional fees may apply for a return trip.

Age requirement

Whoever signs this rental agreement upon arrival must be 18 years of age or older to receive the totes. By accepting delivery, the signer confirms they are at least 18 years old and authorized to accept the rental on behalf of the customer.

Use of totes

• Totes are for household or light commercial packing only.
• Do not overload totes beyond a safe lifting weight.
• Do not use totes for hazardous, flammable, wet, or perishable materials.
• Lids fold open — they do not snap on — so pack and transport accordingly.
• Keep totes clean and free of permanent markers, stickers, or labels.

Damage and loss

You are responsible for the totes from the time of delivery until pickup. Lost, stolen, or damaged totes may be billed to the customer up to the full replacement cost of each tote.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund of any payment made. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of liability

Tote Flow is not liable for any damage to items packed inside or transported with the totes, nor for injuries caused by improper packing, lifting, or transport. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the service.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above.
